Outrun the Dawn
Follow a story in two different perspectives, Quince Valerio, a 12 year old boy running away from his kidnappers, and Jackie Harlow, a British spy who was sent with her partner to take down Archie Dawn, her archnemesis.
(Edit: Hoping to work on this even more by adding more illustrations and music, also the two perspective stuff is inspired by watching my brother play Resident Evil 2 as the main protagonists have gone through similar and different paths but all at the same time :))

I love the story and illustrations. The blue background with yellow text is pleasing to the eye.
The color scheme of the layout is very nice.
I'm not sure if you need a restart button on every page.
Maybe you can change it to only put the reset button at the end of the story, and put the "previous page" on other pages if someone wants to review the story? Just a personal opinion.
The plot is great and the writing is very good! It's like reading a real novel!
Looking forward to more pictures and more branch endings.
I love the way you decided to tell the story! It was interesting to see the same event from two different points of view.
The story telling did a good job in painting a picture in my mind, but it was kind of difficult for me to recognize the setting, since I am not too familiar with Boston. Maybe some images could help with making the setting clearer?
Also, the colors you chose are really nice! The contrast of the background and words makes it easy to read the passages! Though the clickable links were a bit trickier to see since they are similar in color as the background.
Nonetheless, I still enjoyed playing this a lot! :)
Very cool story! I agree with the previous comments, this game having good potential! Some illustrations or sound effects would really help for sure, and maybe a few extra options or side paths the player can take. Keep up the good work!
Its so cool that you did your writing in the passed tense. I never would have thought to do that. And I agree with what the others have said about adding illustrations to add more atmosphere and adding more options so the player feels like they have more control over the story.
i'm so invested bro
I agree with previous comments, the story and writing is really interesting and well done! I think giving the player a few more options throughout would be a good idea to help keep them involved a little more.
This a very fun story! All of the characters are engaging and interesting. I think this has the potential to be very immersive if you add some environmental illustrations or sound effects!
This is a really great start to an interesting story! The way that you learn more about the situation you are placed right in the middle of with each decision you make is a really great way to slowly bring out more and more information to the player. The story so far leaves me wanting to know even more about the characters and the situation we, the player, have been put in. Keep up the good work!
Dropped in the middle of adventure! That kind of story structure is fun in an interactive piece. I think the manner in which you dole out the information to flesh out the story world is key here. Every new passage not only complicates the situation, but adds hints of the broader context. Consider that images and sound may also do some of this for you. Keep going with the strategy of showing context little by little! Another thing I would suggest is to start deciding (for you, not for the player necessarily), what is the central moral question of your story. Why does each faction disagree with the other? Answering the question may be the key to the actions the main character takes, and the conclusions that players tale from your game. Keep it up!
